Our website is hosted on Vercel with servers at Vercel.

We reserve the right to refuse provision of GlitrAI to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (excluding credit card info) may be transferred unencrypted over networks. Credit card info is always encrypted.

You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of GlitrAI Creatives without our written permission.

Section 3 – Modifications to GlitrAI and Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. We do not issue refunds to non-consumer clients. Consumers may withdraw from a service contract within 14 days unless services have begun.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue GlitrAI at any time without liability.

Section 4 – Provision of the Services

Certain products/services (e.g., video ads, branded ads, product photography, custom orders) may be available exclusively online.

Delivery, scope, and revisions are governed by a separate service agreement. Key points include:

• Delivery usually takes ~4 weeks but may vary.
• Scope must be approved via email brief before production.
• Each client is entitled to 1 revision round per content piece.
• Corrections for errors we made are separate from revisions.
• Additional changes may incur extra fees.

Section 5 – Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” without warranty. Your use is at your own risk, and terms are set by third-party providers.

Section 6 – Third-Party Links

Third-party links may direct you to unaffiliated websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or services. Review their policies carefully before engaging.

Section 7 – User Comments, Feedback and Submissions

By submitting ideas, proposals, or materials (“comments”), you grant us unrestricted rights to use them. You must not submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
